Do you offer refund on courses?
Yes. A 7-day refund window applies to all self-paced courses if you haven’t completed more than two modules. Workshops are non-refundable once the session has run.
Can I take a workshop remotely?
Some workshops run online via Zoom. Others are in-person in Vancouver. Each session page confirms the format before you register.
How lond does a mentorship application take to review?
Applications are reviewed within 5 business days. You’ll receive a direct reply either confirming your slot or asking follow-up questions before a decision.
Is VFM only for people of Vancouver?
Can I request a group rate for a team ?
Yes. Mention your team size in the contact form. Group rates are available for workshops and select courses. We’ll reply with details specific to your group.
